We've been approved for the loan for the house! Now we are waiting to have the house re-inspected (after the seller completes the needed repairs) and closing in April. Ole!

We canceled cable once and for all. And even managed to get a $25 credit out of it.

I didn't get into GSU - which I'm not very surprised. I am totally bummed out about it, but I am still keeping my head up. When I met with the director of the department back in January, he mentioned that they were having bad money problems - "looking under every rock, for every penny". I'm assuming I didn't get in because they're having money problems and only letting in the super badass people. Maybe I'm only badass. Keeping my fingers crossed for Emory. If I don't get in there, then I am going to plan to get certified for something.
