2014 Meatless

The older we get the more aware we become. More dedicated to doing our best. Improving ourselves. Challenging ourselves. Striving to stay healthy. We're big believers of human rights and also the humane treatment if all animals.

We've decided to go meatless. Vegetarian. For the most part. If we know for certain the meat has come from an honest, respectable farmer then we'll eat it. But otherwise - it's a pass.

It's been two weeks since we've had mad in our home and it's been great. Painless. I haven't felt like anything is missing. Although I don't plan to cut out dairy completely we have cut back there a lot, too. As well as with eggs.

We made this decision after a series of discussions. It kept coming up. Questioning wether it was really necessary to eat meat.

So far, so good.

This article helped make our decision
