And back to Otterbach

A Full Circle.

We spent our last day traveling to one more town - a college town: Heidelberg.

It was a quaint but busy town that was full of young adults and families. We saw lots of parents riding there bikes to pick up kids at school and watched as the kids hopped on and the parents pedalled off.

We strolled down the streets, looked at all the shops, stopped for an espresso.
We went into an amazing, narrow bookstore that was four stories with a spiraling staircase. I found this gem in the basement. The only other book I found in English was about the apocalypse.
And this one, too.
The view from a bridge
I like to think the sign on the left means no women and children allowed on the bridge.
Does anybody know what these mean? We saw them on all the bridges we walked.
After a quick bite, we got back on the road to head home for dinner.
And then one more cappuccino.
And one more look at the view.
And then. We were on our way back home to Atlanta.
